To prevent fatty liver
- Exercise regularly and keep your body weight under control
- Do not eat fatty foods. Do not eat beef, pork, oil, fat, shrimp, milk, butter, milk, cheese, fast food.
- No smoking.
- Walk for 30-40 minutes every day.
- If you are over 40, check your blood glucose and lipid levels once a year.

- Junk food
- Liver cirrhosis patients are usually malnourished. So eat more nutritious food.
- Vitamin and calcium deficiency is seen in liver cirrhosis patients. For this they should eat plenty of fresh green vegetables, milk and milk-like foods,sour fruits (if tolerated by the stomach).
- Eat little by little. In addition to the three main meals, light meals should be eaten between breakfast and lunch, in the afternoon and at night before going to bed.
