আই ভি এফ  এর মাধ্যমে পুরুষ বন্ধ্যাত্বেও  আশ্চর্যজনক সাফল্য অর্জন করেছেন BSMMU এর REI বিভাগের ডায়নামিক চেয়ারম্যন অধ্যাপক জেসমিন বানু ম্যাডাম 

রোগিণীর বয়স ২৬ বছর, বিয়ে হয়েছে  ১০বছর।বিয়ের পর থেকে দীর্ঘদিন তিনি বাচ্চা নেয়ার জন্য চেষ্টা করছিলেন। অনেক চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ ও চিকিৎসা নিয়েছেন, কিন্তু সফলতা পাননি।পরবর্তীতে আমাকে দেখানোর পর তার স্বামীর বীর্য (Semen Analysis) পরীক্ষার পর Azoospermia সনাক্ত হয়।
এরপর আল্লাহর অশেষ রহমতে ICSI পদ্বতিতে স্বামীর অণ্ডকোষ থেকে (PESA) এর মাধ্যমে Semen সংগ্রহ করা হলে রোগিণী  Twin baby গর্ভধারণে সক্ষম হন । গর্ভধারণ পরবর্তী চেক আপ মার কাছে কোন জটিলতা ছাড়াই চলতে থাকে পরবর্তীতে ৩৭ সপ্তাহে পূর্ণ হওয়ার পর ৫ই মে ২০২৩ ইং বেলা  ১১:২২ মিনিটে এ এম জেড হাসপাতালে সিজারিয়ান সেকশনের মাধ্যমে  দুজন সুস্থ কন্যা সন্তানের মা হয়েছেন ।
