(Hons) from the University of London and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law (PGDL) from Northumbria University. His extensive career spans roles as a Legal Research Assistant at Sajawar & Associates, Associate at S.M. Rezaul Karim & Associates, and Tanjib Alam & Associates, and currently serves as Head of Chamber at IHB Legal. Active in the legal and social sectors, he has contributed as an organizer in voluntary initiatives like PSUBD and RESA. With a solid academic background and diverse legal practice, he is dedicated to advancing justice and legal excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Ethical Oversight: Monitor compliance with ethical standards and patient welfare in clinical trials.
• Informed Consent Verification: Review informed consent processes to protect patient rights.
• Risk Mitigation: Assess potential risks to participants and propose safety measures.
• Data Review: Evaluate interim data to ensure trials are conducted safely and ethically.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure trials meet local and international legal and regulatory standards.
• Conflict Resolution: Address and mediate any issues impacting patient safety or rights.
• Advisory Role: Provide legal and ethical guidance to the DSMB and CRO.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough records of patient-related reviews and decisions.
• Communication: Liaise between the DSMB, CRO, and external patient advocacy groups.
